1. Biodegradable Temporary Plugging Agent

The biodegradable temporary plugging agent is made from special biopolymers and a variety of biomaterials, available in forms such as fibrous, granular, powdered, spherical, and rope-knot shapes. During the fracturing process, the fibrous structure forms a network that prevents proppant backflow, suspends the proppant to prevent settling, and allows the fiber-wrapped proppant to be placed deeper and further, increasing fracture length and width, thereby enhancing oil recovery. The combined use of fibers, particles, and powder can serve as a diversion fracturing agent, first blocking the main fracture to allow the fracturing fluid to form new sub-fractures. After the plugging task is completed, it degrades into carbon dioxide and water, increasing the oil and gas recovery rate.

2. Biological Solvent

This biological solvent is an ester chemical solvent that can act as an auto-generated acid. When mixed with other treatment agents to form an acidizing fracturing fluid, it slowly decomposes into carboxylic acid and water in the oil well. The carboxylic acid reacts with the rock layers underground, uniformly opening many small pore channels. During the fracturing process, this can further increase the permeability of the reservoir and expand the oil drainage area. Ultimately, the auto-generated acid degrades into carbon dioxide and water under certain temperatures and humidity levels, ensuring safety and environmental protection. This biological solvent can also be used as a filter cake remover, mainly to clear the filter cake produced after drilling. It is part of the pre-flush fluid in cementing and can also be used for acid washing to remove residual filter cake after completion.

 

3. Biological Acid

The biological acid is produced through the fermentation of corn, a colorless and transparent liquid with weak acidity. It is mainly suitable for carbonate rock oil and gas layers, used for acidizing fracturing. Compared to traditional acids (hydrochloric acid, formic acid, acetic acid), it has a longer effective distance and can also protect the well wall drilling and extraction equipment.
